Shipping rates
Standard shipping: $12 flat rate, domestic United States.
Free shipping: orders with a subtotal of $300 or more ship free within the continental United States.
International: not available at this time.
Processing time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific ship the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or US federal holidays.
Transit time
Standard ground transit is 3–5 business days after processing. Tracking details are provided by email once a shipping label is generated.
Signature requirement
Orders with a subtotal of $300 or more require an adult signature (21+) at delivery. Carriers will attempt delivery up to three times before the package is returned to Arkon.
Cold-chain items
Temperature-sensitive products ship with insulated packaging and gel packs sized to the destination transit window. Cold-chain orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend transit.
Addresses & delivery exceptions
Orders ship to the verified organizational address on file for the provider account. PO boxes and freight-forwarders are not accepted. Address corrections after dispatch may incur a carrier-imposed fee.
Damaged or missing shipments
Report damage or loss within 5 business days of the tracked delivery date to [email protected]. Include the order number and photos of packaging if applicable. See our Refund Policy for resolution options.
