30-day return window
Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the product price, less the original shipping charge and a 15% restocking fee. Begin the process by emailing [email protected] with your order number.
Damaged or defective products
Products that arrive damaged, broken, or with compromised seals will be replaced at no cost. Report within 5 business days of delivery with photo documentation. We either ship a free replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping.
Wrong item shipped
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact orders within 5 business days. We arrange a return label at our expense and ship the correct item immediately.
Non-returnable items
For quality and chain-of-custody reasons, the following are non-returnable:
- Products with broken or tampered packaging seals
- Cold-chain products shipped outside their intended temperature window when the issue is the purchaser’s (e.g., delayed delivery acceptance)
- Custom-lot or bulk special-order products
Refund timing
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
